Our Return & Exchange Commitment

We offer a 15-day return or exchange policy from the date you receive your items. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened consumable products including:
    • Caffitaly Capsules
    • Descaler/Cleaner products
    • Filters
  • For Milk products that have been opened or used
  • Products that require special ordering or are marked as final sale

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return or exchange. You may use the template provided below.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days with authorization and instructions for your return.
  3. Pack Your Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

Refund Information

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once your return is received and processed.
