Shipping Information
We are proud to ship our products globally, excluding some parts of Asia and remote locations. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time they are placed.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two reliable shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping (CAD $12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Your order will typically be delivered within 10-15 business days after it leaves our warehouse.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over CAD $50, shipped via EMS. Your order will typically be delivered within 15-25 business days after shipment.
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing.
Our Returns & Exchanges Commitment
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 15-day return or exchange policy from the date you receive your items.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
- Opened consumable products, including:
- Caffitaly Capsules
- Descaler / Cleaner products
- Filters
- For Milk products that have been opened or used
- Products that require special ordering or are marked as final sale.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. You must also provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
The Return & Exchange Process
Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return or exchange. Our customer service team will respond with authorization and instructions within 2 business days.
- Pack Your Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

Refund Information
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item to you as soon as your return has been received and processed.
