Order Processing

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including customs processing. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or customs procedures.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged or lost shipments.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a 15-day return or exchange policy from the date you receive your items.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging
• You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase
• The return must be initiated within 15 days of receipt

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable for health and safety reasons:

• Opened consumable products (Caffitaly Capsules, Descaler/Cleaner products, Filters)
• For Milk products that have been opened or used
• Products that require special ordering or are marked as final sale

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Our customer service team will respond with authorization and instructions within 2 business days
3. Carefully pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation

Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once your return has been received and processed.
